  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with affiliates and other brands to enhance livestreaming contents and reaching a broader audience.

Livestream Crisis Management:

  • Developing strategies for handling potential issues or crises that may occur during live streaming events.
  • Preparing to ways on how to address technical glitches, negative comments or other issues.

Short Video Production:

  • Planning, shooting, and editing videos for various platforms.
  • Ensuring the short videos are aligned with brand's message and marketing objectives.
  • Optimize video content for different platform base.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess SPM certificate and above
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English speaking is a requirement for this role.
  • With or without work experience, ideally in e-commerce or high-growth industries' livestream experience is preferred.
  • Experienced with platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Lazada, and Shopee would be an added advantage.
  • Possesses a fun, energetic and confident personality.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player, with a can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
