Live Streaming Promotion and Communications:
- Develop livestreaming promotional strategies by utilizing social media, email marketing, and other platforms and channels.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with affiliates and other brands to enhance livestreaming contents and reaching a broader audience.
Livestream Crisis Management:
- Developing strategies for handling potential issues or crises that may occur during live streaming events.
- Preparing to ways on how to address technical glitches, negative comments or other issues.
Short Video Production:
- Planning, shooting, and editing videos for various platforms.
- Ensuring the short videos are aligned with brand's message and marketing objectives.
- Optimize video content for different platform base.
Job Requirements:
- Possess SPM certificate and above
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English speaking is a requirement for this role.
- With or without work experience, ideally in e-commerce or high-growth industries' livestream experience is preferred.
- Experienced with platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Lazada, and Shopee would be an added advantage.
- Possesses a fun, energetic and confident personality.
- Able to work independently and as a team player, with a can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
