We are hiring a highly dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for overall co-ordination of the facilities and equipment engineering functions to optimize productivity and environmental/ safety matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform equipment engineering, building and services, machinery and equipment installation/ commissioning/ maintenance.
  • Perform Facilities systems (i.e. HVAC, Electrical, CDA, Vacuum, Fire Protection System) sustaining activities by performing close and analytical monitoring.
  • Perform facilities systems physical monitoring of critical instruments (i.e. pressure, flow, temperature, RH sensors) by performing periodic rounds and reading.
  • Provide first line of troubleshooting for Facilities systems, i.e. for warning or shutdown alarm for Facilities system.
  • Ensure that safety regulations are upholds. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance as assigned.
  • Perform troubleshooting, testing & commissioning whenever assigned.
  • Set-up and perform routine adjustments of all facilities equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting, testing & commissioning whenever assigned.
  • Accountable to response and react in relation to plant/site equipment maintenance and health/safety.
  • Supervise and monitor contractors at work and manage cleaners’ team.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Technical Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Technician in facility maintenance and engineering works preferably in Medical Device industry.
  • Have similar experience working in cleanroom environment.
  • Able to work in a team or work independently.
  • Proactive and resourcefulness and computer literate.
  • Required language(s): English and Malay.

Working days and timing as per below:

  • Monday – Friday (7.00am – 3.30pm)
  • Able to work overtime and rotational shift if necessary.
