Responsibility

  • Assisting project team on implementing changes for client
  • Able to identify the stake holder, end user and necessary party that affected by the project implementation
  • Have good understanding of various project implementation methodology
  • Accessing the change impact, project risk, identifying any challenge user might face and prepare training for user to adopt to the change
  • Ensure user readiness and participation on each phase of the project
  • Develop effective communication method to update the stakeholder
  • Gathering responses from stakeholders and user to ensure high acceptance of changes being made to them
  • Prepare and provide progress report to project manager or management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing/business/ computer science/ information/ engineering or any related field.
  • Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs, changed impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness)
  • Good command of written and spoken English required
  • Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.
  • Effective facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
  • Capable of preparing effective communication media
  • Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus
  • Sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
  • Both Experience and Junior position are required
