What You'll Do:
• Execute strategic plans to maximize tenant occupancy, guided by directives from supervisors.
• Process lease requirements for multiple properties, ensuring seamless transactions.
• Monitor sales income, strategizing to achieve targeted income and optimal occupancy levels.
• Assess, advise and maintain a positive relationship by promptly responding to tenant inquiries.
• Determine discount rates and negotiate qualified deals from inception to final execution.
• Prepare and execute leases, adhering to regulations and tenancy agreement standards.
• Conduct credit checks and background tasks to qualify potential renters, ensuring a trustworthy tenant base.
• Assist in collecting deposits to secure potential tenants, facilitating smooth transactions.
• Support Lease Administration & documentation procedures for efficient workflow.
• Visit properties, ensuring aesthetics are maintained, and properties are in good condition.
• Monitor tenants to meet retail standards, ensuring lease obligations are fulfilled.
• Resolve tenant complaints, maintaining positive relationships with all tenants.
• Respond to and follow up on inquiries, complaints, and leasing matters promptly.
• Assist in document procedures for new leases, renewals, early terminations, and expiry leases.
• Coordinate handover and takeover of premises, conducting relevant inspections.
• Collaborate within the Leasing team, covering for other team members when required.
