Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
- Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with office supplies management and other office-related tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters.
- Provide additional support to the Director as needed, including personal errands and special projects.
- To coordinate with other departments as and when necessary.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Human Resources / Finance / Public Relations / Marketing
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Other Requirements:
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus but not necessary.
- Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
