Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with office supplies management and other office-related tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters.
  • Provide additional support to the Director as needed, including personal errands and special projects.
  • To coordinate with other departments as and when necessary.


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Human Resources / Finance / Public Relations / Marketing
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


Other Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus but not necessary.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
