  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project meetings to understand specific project context before contacting respondents.
  • Conduct phone surveys and measurement test with customers and respondents
  • Ensure that the interview is done with the correct respondents as listed on contact sheets.
  • Achieve daily survey targets within specified timeframes and promptly report any obstacles.
  • Enter the data received from phone surveys into the company platforms accurately and consistently.
  • Proactively communicate project progress updates and raise concerns with the project team
  • Uphold data privacy and integrity by strictly adhering to procedures.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Experience in data collection, conducting research or working in a market research company is a plus.
  • Prior customer service and/or call center experience is desirable.
  • Good communication skills: independently manage tasks and collaborate seamlessly.
  • Demonstrate established rapport and building trust with respondents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Attention to detail: accurate recording of respondents' answers without any errors or omissions.
  • Contract for three (3) months and based in Cyberjaya.
  • Freelancers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
