JOB DESCRIPTION:

To update or make necessary changes on product specification, process flow chart, quality assurance programs (QAP) and other related documents which required in food safety and quality system audit.
To update and make necessary changes on all level of documents including manual,
procedures, supporting documents, work instruction, etc (MS1514, MS1480 and FSSC)
Responsible for document control including distribution, retrieval, storage and
disposition.
Establish and updating all related documents for new/existing products such as product.
specification, process flow chart, HACCP plan, product label etc.
To assist QA Executive in preparing documents such as official letter, product listing,
product specification, export documentation for export market access approval.
To assist HALAL Executive in preparing documents for submission of new product,
renewal application and update or make necessary changes on HAS file.
To assist QA Executive and QA admin in training of new food safety & quality audit
requirements for operation team.
To assist QA Executive in coordinating all external or internal audits process to run
smoothly.
To assist QA inline to collect data and samples for validation study.
To perform any other assigned duties from time to time.
