Responsibilities

  • Working with the assigned markets and functions to ensure talent development processes and programs are consistently implemented across the region.
  • Facilitating the talent review and succession management processes.
  • Identifying and guiding talent’s development curriculum through various career paths which include on-the-job experiential learning, relationship-based learning, and formal leadership programs.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders within and outside of HR in the development and enhancement of integrated talent management processes from an enterprise perspective.
  • Evaluating and overseeing contractors and vendors to supplement the development and administration of talent development programs and processes.
  • Supporting enterprise organizational development and performance management processes.
  • Effectively managing the enterprise learning platforms.
  • Developing, maintaining, and reporting integrated talent management metrics.
  • Initiating visits to multiple worksites /locations (domestically and internationally) to confirm the effectiveness of the enterprise talent development processes and programs, as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Management.
  • Experience in other disciplines within HR such as Organizational Development, Performance Management or Change Management would be desirable.
  • Having experience in managing internal projects independently.
  • Having a certification in talent assessment would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
