- Make aromatic coffee and delicious toast;
- Process customer orders accurately, with a keen attention to details like dairy and sugar ratios, and specific requests for other beverages to ensure complete customer satisfaction;
- Prepare food and beverage as per established recipes and quality standards;
- Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized;
- Handling the cashier and take walk-in/ online orders;
- Relay customer feedback to senior staff and provide input on new menu items;
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any issues;
- Perform basic inventory check and restock needed supplies;
- Maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations;
- Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader.

- Willing to work on rotational shifts including early shift, closing shift, weekends / public holidays
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

- Experienced is preferred, but school leavers / fresh graduates / internships are encouraged to apply as - We provide all the training you need
