  • Preparing Directors’ Resolution, Minutes and statutory forms for filing to SSM.
  • Annual return preparation, Circulation & Filing of Audited / Unaudited Financial Statements.
  • To ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, submission of statutory returns and compliance of statutory requirements under the Companies Act 2016.
  • To organize and coordinate the Annual General Meetings, Board of Directors’ Meetings and any other Special or Extraordinary General Meetings.
  • Liaise with client and third party (banker, auditor, etc).
  • Register and lodge documents to the registrar according to the deadline provided in the Acts.
  • Assist in all related duties and functions undertaken by the Company’s Secretarial Department.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Corporate Administration or Professional qualification (MAICSA).
  • Possess professional qualification such as MAICSA or License Secretary is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years above of working experience in secretarial field or accounting firm.
  • Computer Literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Secretarial software (Superior ComSec).
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly independent person with sense of urgency, responsibility & well organized.
  • Capable of working efficiently under pressure.
  • Professional proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
