Job Responsibility

The Sales Marketing Executive role will be covering areas such as market promotion, customer service, and sales management. The job emphasizes sales experience, market analysis skills, and communication techniques, particularly related to the logistics industry.Â

The Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, expand sales channels, develop new customers, and implement departmental sales plans;

• Promote related products and services, provide clear product and service explanations to customers, and ensure the achievement of sales targets;

• Participate in market surveys and research, understand market characteristics and customer needs, and provide support for optimizing company products;

• Monitor the sales process, analyse sales data, and adjust sales strategies promptly to respond to market changes;

• Other ad-hoc tasks given by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Preferably a degree in Marketing, Business Management, etc.;

• More than 2 years of sales experience, familiar with the logistics industry or related markets;

• Possess excellent market analysis skills, familiar with sales processes and able to execute them effectively, with strong negotiation skills and customer service awareness;

• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with high-stress tolerance;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with people at different levels.
