CUSTOMER ONBOARDING & BILLING- OFFICE HOUR/IMMEDIATE HIRING
- Location: Jalan Ampang (nearby LRT Jelatek)
- Basic Salary: RM 2,300 (fixed) + OT (if needed)
- Can start immediately: Early October 2024.
- Working Hour: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Able to work for 6 months contract first (renewable subject to management)
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimun Bachelor degree in Business Admin or equivalent
- Candidates with administrative experience in Insurance/Takaful will have an advantage.
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Basic knowledge of Takaful/Insurance.
- IT literate.
- Malaysian only with Age limit : official 20 - 38 years old
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Assist the New Business Admin and Contribution Collection (Billing) team with submissions and enforcing proposal applications.
- Support the Stream Lead in certificate issuance, collection handling, and managing new proposal submissions from Agency, Banca, and Direct Channels.
- Update and verify new business forms and documents.
- Perform data entry and assist with ad-hoc processes to ensure smooth billing payments and enforcement of new business processes.
- Assist in the refund process of initial contribution payments and manage cheque issuance within the agreed timeline.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
