Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Management:
- Ensure meticulous maintenance and management of facilities, equipment, and
assets for outlets.
- Coordinate with outlet personnel and contractors for scheduled maintenance and
servicing, including monthly pest control.
- Verify and maintain the validity of premise licenses, ensuring compliance with
hygiene and regulations set by KKM, City Council, and Bomba.

2. Maintenance & Repair:
- Oversee timely servicing of equipment based on predefined schedules and usage
frequency.
- Address equipment issues promptly, ensuring resolutions align with urgency and
operational needs.

3. Logistic Management:
- Strategically plan and coordinate daily delivery and pickup tasks, ensuring
adherence to guidelines and traffic laws.
- Implement effective planning to ensure sufficient task allocation and manpower
for job accomplishment

4. Fleet Management:
- Maintain and renew transportation assets, including lorries, vans, and cars, with
biannual inspections through PUSPAKOM & JPJ.
- Monitor fuel card usage and user activity to prevent misuse of company assets

Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant operational experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position. Proven track record of managing large-scale operations across multiple departments.
