  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handling good receive note (GRN) update in Xilnex & SQL.
  • Managing stock card reconciliation for warehouse, showroom & roadshow.
  • Preparing monthly warehouse stock count and stock take report.
  • Preparing monthly closing stock report.
  • Preparing monthly report for overseas stock.
  • Stock control management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field such as Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years above of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Responsibility, able to management or organized department.
  • Problem solving and can work independently and a team player.
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skill.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working Location: Jalan Kip 3, Taman Perindustrian Kip, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday (9.00am to 6.00pm) / (9.00am to 1.00pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
