HEAD OF ASSET MANAGEMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop, implement, and oversee strategies for managing and optimizing the company’s assets.

2. Monitor and evaluate asset performance, recommending strategies to improve value and returns.

3. Manage the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of physical and financial assets.

4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies related to asset management.

5. Maintain and update asset records, including valuations, depreciation, and inventory tracking.

6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management regarding asset performance and recommendations.

7. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, legal, procurement) to ensure efficient asset lifecycle management.

8. Monitor market trends and economic conditions affecting asset values.

Develop and implement asset management plans, including budgeting and forecasting for asset investments.

QUALIFICATION:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

2. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or equivalent certification is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management, investment management, or related financial services.

2. Experience in managing both physical (e.g., real estate, equipment) and financial assets (e.g., stocks, bonds) is preferred.
