We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online sales and digital marketing, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for managing our online store, driving sales, optimizing product listings, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Collaborations & Partnerships
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated with e-commerce trends and customer preferences
- Analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Generate regular reports on sales trends, best-selling products, and customer behavior
- Track and analyze sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify)
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online sales strategies
- Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
