Administrative;

  • Arrange and manage the schedule of works
  • Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Writing letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

Accounts;

  • To perform posting of expenses, or other transactions to journals or ledgers and verify accuracy and assist in costing for quotation and other related functions. To check invoices, bills, vouchers or documents for corrections before entering into records.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement.
  • Perform monthly AR & Bank reconciliations statement.

diploma/degree holder with 1-2 yrs office work experience
Detail oriented, organised, alert, initiative,
good PC & typing skills, good presentation & communication skills
able to multitask, work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines

PC Knowledge:

MSWord, Acces, excel, powerpt and SQL

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
