Senior Finance Executive

Job responsibilities:

• Handle full set accounts, including documentation preparation and filing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, government authorities, and bankers.
• Prepare sales personnel commission claims on a quarterly basis.
• Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions as well as preparing profit and loss account and balance sheets.
• Key in transaction into accounting systems.
• Responsible for payroll and submission of statutory payment such as EPF, SOCSO and PCB. Prepare EA Form and submission of Borang E annually.
• Manage records, invoices, and receipts issuance.
• Compute sales personnel quarterly commission claims.
• required to manage the KPI/ staff appraisal/disciplinary and evaluation process together with the management.
• Responsible in HR functions include payroll, recruitment, employee engagements, training & development.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by top management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / professional Qualification in accounting.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in full set accounting.
• Independent, highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure and multitask.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
