Role Overview:
As a Purchasing Administrator, you’ll manage procurement processes, ensuring supplies are efficiently sourced and delivered on time. Your organizational skills will keep operations running smoothly and help optimize our costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Monitor market trends and negotiate pricing to ensure the best deals
Coordinate orders with internal teams and ensure timely delivery of goods
Analyze procurement data to find cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in a relevant field
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Working Schedule:
6 days per week
9-hour shifts
6 off days per month
