Facility Maintenance Manager / or Engineer - Oil & Gas (Pengerang)

Job Responsility :

1. Organizes and develops departmental systems and specifications, directs and supervises subordinate personnel in the maintenance of equipment, and controls departmental expenses for cost savings.

Duties breakdown

1. To investigate the reason of breakdown.

2. Organize the preparation of various systems and specifications for departmental equipment management.

3. To lead and guide the staff to solve breakdown.

4. Supervise the implementation of all types of systems and norms to ensure that equipment maintenance and maintenance of norms.

Equipment maintenance

1. To prepare equipment maintenance plans according to annual business objectives and development strategy.

2. To organize and plan the maintenance plan decomposition, and supervision of implementation.

3. To monitor equipment maintenance list and ensure the report is completed for audit purpose.

4. To provide suggestion by improving the equipment maintenance management.

5. To ensure equipment maintenance is meet the company standards.

6. To monitor and control daily operation of the equipment and timely detection of hidden equipment problems.

7. To organize the equipment fault handling, do a good job of equipment maintenance work after the event.

8. Arrange the relevant personnel to do a good job of equipment inspection, improve the quality of equipment operation.

Equipment file management

1. To provide guidance to subordinate personnel in handling equipment management records, including the operating status of the equipment, inspection cycle, inspection methods, maintenance and etc.

2. To assign and guide the staff in handling technical parameters of the equipment statistical analysis work.

Departmental cost management

1. To prepare / plan / review the cost of equipment maintenance budget, and supervise the strict implementation of subordinate personnel.

2. To familiar in cost analysis technique.

3. Approval, supervision and control of subordinate cost expenditure.

Coordination and communication management

1. To communicate with other department and coordinate equipment maintenance work

2. Regularly report on the situation of equipment management to the higher management, listen to the opinions of the higher management, and improve the organization.

3. The company's policies, strategies and other information, fast, clear and accurate communication to the lower levels of personnel

Departmental personnel management

1. Guidance, supervision and inspection of the work of subordinates, grasp the work of subordinates, and organize the necessary training and guidance for them.

2. To organization to formulate the assessment plan, the subordinate staff performance, work attitude, work ability and other aspects of the comprehensive assessment.

3. To conduct on-job-training to subordinate and provide the training documents to Human Resources Department.

4. To evaluate subordinate staff's work performance, and their promotion and transfer of personnel changes such as recommendations.

2. You are responsible for IT management for fabrication department.

3. You are responsible to oversea warehouse management.

4. To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.

5. To ensure the cleanliness and safety of workplace.

6. To adhere all safety rules and procedures as set by the Company.

7. To maintain the departmental documentation.

8. To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
