Position Overview:
ACE Language Centre is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer to join our Mont Kiara branch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role and will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our students and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with student registrations, class schedules, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and manage customer databases.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
