JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Organizational Analytics (OA) Data Engineer – Consultant in our HR-T&O practice, a typical day might include:

Leverage a data-driven approach to develop tailored employee listening solutions for global and local clients, including:

  • Fetching secondary data & research information from various sources and analyzing it to better understand organization related metrics
    • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
    • Build out data mockups to test the prescriptive analytics hypothesis
    • Working knowledge on development, deployment and prototyping platform & insight solutions to improve the product landscape
    • Working with cloud platforms and services for GenAI development, such as Azure for using OpenAI models
  • Understand framework design organizational concepts and linking analytics results with Behavioral Science or Industrial and Organizational Psychology related concepts
  • Run numeric simulations leveraging statistic techniques such as self-organizing maps, boosting methods, support vector machines neural network etc.
  • Perform custom analytics to deliver insights to clients and presenting results in a clear manner
  • Contribute to authoring of Thought leadership and research paper
  • Contribute to innovation and new product development in the people and organization analytics space

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computational Science, Statistics, Operational Research, or similar field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business data analysis and research related to Computational Science/ Data Engineering/ Statistical Model Development
  • Data fluency and working knowledge of machine learning models
  • Some exposure to data engineering & hands-on experience with APIs & writing SQL query would be an add on
  • Is generally curious & has a knack for solving ambiguous problems. Is able to think critically & out-of-the box.
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment
  • Desirable: Code (e.g., Python, R ) developer experience, including writing and testing code, debugging programs and deploying the models or integrating applications with third-party web services
