  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan, manage, and ensure efficient execution of important projects, ensuring alignment with company priorities, budget, and timeline.
  • Sustainability & Performance: Maintain a balance between sustainability, scheduling, and overall project performance. Analyze and provide solutions to problems as needed.
  • Service Delivery Management: Oversee all levels of service delivery, including design, analysis, training, testing, and setup of solutions.
  • Project Management Functions: Manage all aspects of project management from initiation to completion.
  • Documentation: Prepare project scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies for new projects or in response to Client Requests for Proposals.
  • Consultation & Procurement: Draft and prepare documents/proposals for consultants, clients, vendors, and supplier procurements.
  • Due Diligence & Feasibility: Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies before project commencement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related engineering disciplines.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management for mission-critical facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering applications.
  • Proven experience in managing construction processes, from mobilization to handover, including testing and commissioning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
