CZ - Senior Accounting Executive / Assistant Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Company Finance Operations
• Oversee the Company's Cash Flow Management
• Responsible for the Company Financial Reporting and perform analytical review of Management Accounts
• Prepare and review Company Yearly Budgets and Financial Projections

Job Scope:

• Ensure payments are accurate and on time.
• Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
• Monitor and reduce backlog invoices with team guidance.
• Review reports and vendor reconciliations, addressing overdue items.
• Meet KPIs for Accounts Payable, including timely invoice processing and payment.
• Create action plans to help the team achieve KPIs.
• Verify payments to suppliers, staff commissions, and trade applications.
• Develop and implement SOPs and internal controls to improve finance and reporting systems.
• Ensure timely submission of Inland Revenue Board (IRB) tax returns and compliance.
• Manage tax planning and compliance.
• Review audit reports, inventory management, and Debtors Ageing Reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, legal, and bankers.
• Lead, coach, and manage the finance team.
• Handle other tasks as requested by management.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Qualifications i.e. ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in Accounting
• At least 1 - 5 years working experience in finance managerial position, preferably in related industry
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and steer towards the organization mission and goals
• Candidates are required to have driving license and possess own transport.
• Fast paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure.
