  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Full job description

  • Assist in preparing guidelines for local & international projects.
  • Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites before design commences.
  • Creating technical drawings from manager’s sketches and specifications.
  • Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
  • Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
  • Entering CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to create 3-D models and renderings.
  • Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
  • Visit construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design.
  • Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including CAD and project management tools.
  • Experience in retail fit-outs, construction management, or a similar role, preferably within a mall or shopping center environment.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to construction and fit-out processes.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of work and adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Based in Sunway Damansara, Petaling Jaya and willing to travel to handle site arrangement.
  • Salary package can negotiate based on your working experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
