Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Segambut, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during client presentations, sales pitches, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet their technical and business needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, explaining technical features and benefits while addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, technical specifications, and contracts, ensuring accuracy in all technical details.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to any challenges.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to better position the company’s offerings in the market.
  • Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer service teams to align product improvements with customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or as an engineer within an engineering company.
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop customized client solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in approaching potential clients/customers.
  • Must possess own transportation.

Remuneration Package:

  • Basic Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS
  • Transportation claim allowance

Working Days: Monday to Friday (occasionally weekends for client meetings or events)
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
