Job Description

  • Manage and responsible for full sets of accounting function at timely manner.
  • Prepare accounting reports to Top Management for review and audit purpose.
  • Handle and manage all aspects of finance matter.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounts transaction, such as petty cash and reconciliation.
  • Update and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports (monthly profit and loss statement, balance sheet statement, annual audited accounts) to management.
  • Control of petty cash for daily operation.
  • Responsible to control the company cash flow and update Director at a timely manner.
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are posted up to date.
  • Assist in yearly financial audit.
  • Process daily bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.
  • To take charge of tax audit by Custom Department and carry out investigation if necessary.
  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess LCCI certification/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years relevant experiences.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

4. Knowledge in Accounting System.

5. Able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
