Title: Senior Sales Engineer

Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for market penetration and development of regional markets, exploring for new customers and consultants’ resources.
  • Responsible for customer management, distribution channel, customer satisfaction survey and to penetrate more distribution channels.
  • Involve in promoting and selling all company’s products and shall not limit to AHU, Chillers, VRF and others product range in the company.
  • Formulate and implement strategic plan according to Company’s strategy and to achieve sales target as required.
  • Risk measurement for all sales orders and to ensure smooth payment from customers.
  • Keep track and monitor closely on customers delivery, ensure on-time delivery with high quality products.
  • Involve in exhibition activities as required, organise product training to customers and distributors.
  • Collection of sales data and reporting sales information.
  • Task assigned by Superior from time to time.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • At least 5 years working experience in the HVAC manufacturing field.
  • Independent, hardworking, and with self-initiative.
  • Strong team player, actively interacts and communicates with team members and factory.
  • Strong market analysis with solid ground of HVAC business trend, sound interpersonal skills in problem solving.
  • Multilingual skills in speaking or writing in Bahasa, Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced in client sourcing, good rapport with consultants will be an advantage.
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical drawing, procedures, and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
