About the Job

Technical Software Support provides the solutions to the customer on accounting software systems. Guidance information of the accounting software and functionality of features software. Hence, support the customer on troubleshooting regarding software issues. Therefore, the product range included financial accounting, billing, sales distributions, purchase distribution, inventory, point of sales, payroll and cloud accounting system.

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our accounting software via phone, email, and chat.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to diagnose the root cause of problems and provide clear and concise solutions.
  • Effectively communicate with customers from diverse technical backgrounds, ensuring they understand the troubleshooting steps.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on the functionalities and features of our software.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our accounting software through ongoing product knowledge training.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions to contribute to our knowledge base for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and report software bugs and improvement opportunities.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role in the Accounting Software Industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and software concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Patience and a positive attitude to effectively troubleshoot problems and de-escalate customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in using computers and a variety of software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of support tickets.
  • A strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest software development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
