- To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation, and sensory evaluation
- To initiate research & development efforts to create new products
- To establish/ maintain and update related work instructions, including analysis method, specification (recipe, ingredients list, nutritional fact), and documents of all projects and samples status on time
- To conduct and monitor the preparation of prototype/ sample and to determine the process specifications predetermined in the lab
- To improve and revise existing product formulations and processes if necessary to optimize productivity and cost
- Selection and quality control of raw materials used in products
Requirements
- Related study in Food Science/ Food Technology
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Possess own transportation and is able to work at the office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
