Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will lead our sales efforts in promoting and selling our automation solutions to small and large industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the sales team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our automation solutions.
  • Negotiation: Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
  • Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance, forecasts, and market insights for upper management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in automation, robotics, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies, particularly in welding, pick and place, and spray application.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
