Position Overview
The Sales Management Team is responsible for driving revenue by managing and growing the hotel's sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the hotel meets its occupancy and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team to meet revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, sales calls, and marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agents.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and track performance against goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality management. Fresh graduates are encourage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies.
Familiarity with hotel management software and booking systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
