Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
  • Monitoring certain business processes, establishing, and maintaining a record of operational procedures manuals, and analyzing monthly reports.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Respond to ad hoc queries from management.
  • To carry out any duties that the company or management has assigned.
  • Help in preparing lease agreements, renewals, and other related documents.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating property inspections and maintenance activities.
  • Support effective governance within the organizations

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction from supervisors.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
