Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain rooms, public areas, or designated workspaces by following established cleaning procedures and checklists.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as necessary.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Disinfect and clean surfaces, including countertops, appliances, and bathroom fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Handle and store cleaning products and equipment safely.
- Keep track of inventory and request cleaning supplies when needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Interact with guests, clients, or residents in a polite and professional manner.
- Adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards when cleaning private areas.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and maintain good teamwork.
- Attend training sessions on cleaning procedures, safety, and customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- MALAYSIAN only
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
Tugas dan Tanggungjawab:
- Membersihkan dan menyelenggara bilik, kawasan awam, atau ruang kerja yang ditetapkan mengikut prosedur dan senarai semak yang ditetapkan.
- Mengelap habuk, menyapu, mengemop, dan mengosok lantai jika diperlukan.
- Menukar cadar, mengganti tuala, dan menambah stok kemudahan.
- Mengosongkan tong sampah dan mengganti pelapik.
- Membersih dan mendisinfeksi permukaan, termasuk kaunter, peralatan, dan peralatan di bilik mandi.
- Melaporkan sebarang isu penyelenggaraan, kerosakan, atau kebimbangan keselamatan kepada penyelia.
- Mengendalikan dan menyimpan produk serta peralatan pembersihan dengan selamat.
- Memantau inventori dan meminta bekalan pembersihan apabila diperlukan.
- Mengikuti protokol keselamatan dan panduan, termasuk penggunaan peralatan pelindung diri yang betul.
- Berinteraksi dengan tetamu, pelanggan, atau penghuni dengan cara yang sopan dan profesional.
- Mematuhi piawaian privasi dan kerahsiaan semasa membersihkan kawasan peribadi.
- Membantu dalam projek pembersihan khas dan tugas pembersihan mendalam.
- Bekerjasama dengan kakitangan pembersihan lain dan mengekalkan kerja berpasukan yang baik.
- Menghadiri sesi latihan mengenai prosedur pembersihan, keselamatan, dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh penyelia atau pengurus.
Kelayakan:
- Warganegara MALAYSIA sahaja
- Pengalaman kerja dalam bidang housekeeping diutamakan tetapi tidak diperlukan.
- Perhatian kepada perincian dan komitmen terhadap kebersihan.
- Mampu bekerja secara berdikari dan mengurus masa dengan cekap.
- Fizikal yang kuat; mampu mengangkat barang berat dan berdiri untuk jangka masa panjang.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang baik.
- Fleksibel untuk bekerja pada hujung minggu, cuti umum, dan syif yang berbeza apabila diperlukan.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
