Sales Representative
Job Overview:
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential customers, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive prospecting, effective communication, and negotiation skills to close deals, meet targets, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and research.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Presentation and Demonstration:
Present products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with clients to close sales and ensure the achievement of monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position the company's products or services.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track and report sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support company objectives.
- Client Support:
Provide post-sale support, ensuring clients are satisfied with the product or service and facilitating repeat business.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, for reporting and managing sales activity.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
