Warehouse Supervisor

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to company standards. • Ensure that the store delivers excellent customer service at all times. • Assist in managing inventory to ensure that the store is adequately stocked. • Conduct regular checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws. • Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing reports as required by Superior. • Ensure that housekeeping standards are consistently met and organization. • Assist in implementing measures to minimize stock loss. • Support to investigating and resolving stock loss incidents. • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders e.g. Sales and Customer Service, Purchasing and Finance for related shipments and documentation as well as resolve problem.
