  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

EWYS BINA SDN BHD

Our core business is infra works especially in Road and Drainage works. However we have recently expanded and involve in minor building works. We are looking for suitable candidates to work with our projects in Klang valley, and not limited to outstation projects. Apart from technical knowledge and expertise, this role suits those with an outgoing personality and great analytical skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare monthly progress claims to client / main contractor with evaluate actual on-site workdone.
  • Prepare payment certificates to sub-contractor.
  • Measurement, taking off on-going project.
  • Cost monitoring by preparing cost comparison, monitor progress claim, monitor payment certificates, assist on material purchase and monitor variation orders.
  • Manage and coordinate project related contractual matters, including material sample submission, variation orders, extension of time, final account, etc.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction Team & Sub-Contractors.
  • Preparation of tender, project costing and administration work.
  • Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure & work independently
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time as requested by the Management

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of working experience
  • Requires language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Professional certification as additional credits (MS Words, Excel and Project & AutoCAD)
  • Preferable Senior Executive specializing in Quantity Surveyor.
  • Willing to travel (if required)
