  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Design and Development:

  • Develop and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Implementation:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment of RPA solutions.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance of RPA bots to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.

Maintenance and Support:

  • Monitor and maintain deployed RPA solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing RPA bots in a timely manner.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA processes, solutions, and code.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in RPA.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to current processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
  • Proven experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience with process analysis and design.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the Saas sector.
  • Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional).
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
