Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our company. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in quality surveying for construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities: - Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates and financial forecasts. - Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to inform project planning. - Manage and review tender documentation, including bills of quantities, to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Evaluate contractor submissions and make recommendations for contractor selection. - Monitor project progress and expenditures, providing timely reports to project management and clients - Advise on contractual matters and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors, including negotiation and resolution of disputes. - Conduct site visits to assess work progress and compliance with specifications. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree/Master in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years-10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. - In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes. - Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
