  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:

The Beautician & Masseur Therapist provides professional beauty treatments and massage therapies for clients in the wellness, confinement, and healthcare sectors. This role involves offering personalized services, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting overall health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Beauty Treatments:
  • Provide a wide range of beauty treatments such as facials, skin care, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
  • Assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty techniques and trends, incorporating them into the services offered.
  • Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of all tools, equipment, and the treatment area.
  • Upsell beauty products and packages based on clients' needs.
  • Massage Therapy:
  • Provide a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and postpartum massage.
  • Tailor massage treatments to meet individual client needs, especially for confinement and postnatal care clients.
  • Assess clients’ physical conditions and offer suitable massage treatments to relieve stress, tension, and promote relaxation.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy for overall wellness and recovery.
  • Ensure a clean, relaxing, and comfortable environment for each client during therapy sessions.
  • Client Interaction & Service:
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and personalized care.
  • Provide consultations before and after treatments to ensure the best results and client satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding beauty and massage services, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and product preferences.
  • Health & Safety:
  • Follow all health and safety protocols, including sanitation of tools, treatment rooms, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, especially in handling clients with specific medical conditions.
  • Stay up to date with company protocols, industry best practices, and new beauty and wellness products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay

Expected Start Date: 10/15/2024
