IT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary / Purpose To work closely with Superior to develop & implement network infrastructure and systems functionality. Key Responsibilities 1. Reporting the performance of the IT department and equipment to senior staff. 2. To prepare daily and monthly IT report. 3. To assist in the efficient management and optimizing internal company networks and servers. 4. To take responsibility for device management and user’s passwords and ensure security. 5. Oversee data backup and system security operations. 6. To manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software. 7. To assess system performance and recommend improvements. 8. To ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines. 9. To provide support and guidance to Management via help desk 10. To manage the IT budget and ensuring that expenses are in line with the organization's financial goals. 11. To constantly project a professional image of the Company to the public. 12. To develop IT policies and practices. 13. Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in IT operations management. 14. Evaluating and implementing new technologies and systems that improve IT infrastructure and support the organization's business goals. 15. Complete installation of hardware and software as required along with regular updates, work with the IT team to configure hardware and software. 16. To carry out any duties and job functions in which you may be instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
