  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

The Student Affairs Intern will assist the Student Affairs department in supporting and enhancing student experiences within the institution. The intern will gain hands-on experience by helping organize student programs, providing administrative support, and assisting in student services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in responding to student inquiries and providing support on various issues such as academic advising, campus life, and personal development.
  • Support the planning and execution of student events, including orientation programs, leadership workshops, and social events.
  • Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and campus communications.
  • Assist in managing student feedback and maintaining the student affairs database.
  • Help with preparing reports and presentations related to student affairs activities.
  • Assist with student clubs, organizations, and leadership programs.
  • Help facilitate initiatives aimed at improving student involvement and engagement on campus.
  • Assist in addressing student issues and concerns, including disciplinary matters, academic challenges, and personal development needs, under the supervision of the Student Affairs team.
  • Shadow student affairs professionals to gain insight into their daily responsibilities and practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in student development, campus life, and student affairs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
