- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical, Electronics or Physics
- Min 2 years of device or product and test engineering experience is an additional point.
- Good in analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in statistical analysis tools such as JMP/Minitab.
- Proficient knowledge of power semiconductor devices.
- Hands-on working experience with statistical analysis tools is preferred.
- Able to multi-task and self-driven to produce results in a timely fashion with strong sense of competitive urgency.
