As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Assistant Executive Customer Support to join our team.

General Description & Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Responding and resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Making inbound and outbound calls.
  • Providing support for our products and services.
  • Tracking and escalating customer issues.
  • Ensuring smooth operation for delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with customers.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fresh-grad with experience is a plus.
  • Single with availability for flexible shifts.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
