Job Description:

As an HR/Admin Manager at Quant Matter, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions and overall administrative operations, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding new hires.

Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, promoting a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

- Assist with performance evaluations and identify training and development needs.

Administrative Support:

- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office management, scheduling, and documentation.

Event Coordination:

- Organize team-building activities and company events to enhance team engagement.

Administrative Support:

-Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office management and scheduling.

CEO Support:

- Provide secretarial support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in tech or blockchain.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Proficiency in excel and other tools
