Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Review all financial records for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure payment vouchers, invoices are supported by all related documents and accurately entered into the data system.
• Maintain the Fixed Assets Schedule.
• Accurately maintain all accounting ledgers.
• Ensure the accurate and timely submission of SST
• Analyze financial data, compile reports, and provide advice and action plans to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external authorities as necessary.
• Review audited reports, tax computations, and Form C for annual submission.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow to ensure liquidity.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Full set of account in servicing industry.
• Knowledge of basic financials, company secretarial documents, tax and accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills, numeracy, and a thorough understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
