**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**: Welcome customers into the shop, assist with inquiries, and provide information about egg varieties, pricing, and promotions.
- **Product Handling**: Carefully handle and display egg products to ensure they remain intact and presentable.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of stock levels, help receive and organize new stock, and ensure products are always available for customers.
- **Sales**: Operate the cash register, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts. Assist in processing bulk orders for regular customers.
- **Store Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the shop. Ensure the display area is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- **Stock Rotation**: Practice proper stock rotation, ensuring that older products are sold first and nothing goes to waste.
- **Packaging and Delivery Assistance**: Assist in packaging eggs for customers and, when necessary, coordinate with the delivery team for customer orders.
- **Customer Relations**: Build positive relationships with customers, including regulars, to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- **Record Keeping**: Help maintain simple records of daily sales, customer transactions, and stock usage for reporting purposes.
- **Promotions and Discounts**: Help execute and communicate any promotions or discounts to customers, ensuring clear and accurate signage in the shop.

**Requirements**:
- Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in food-related businesses.
- Basic knowledge of eggs or willingness to learn about different types, grades, and storage.
- Ability to handle fragile products with care.
- Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Honest and reliable with basic math skills for handling payments.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks like lifting cartons.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or early morning shifts.
- Attention to detail in maintaining shop cleanliness and stock arrangement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
