Job Requirement: 1. Degree in Robotics or Mechatronics or Electronics or related field. 2. Minimum 10 years working experience in robot maintenances including installation, maintenances, repair, and process improvement 3. Possess competence skills and knowledge on PLCs & HMIs setup, programming languages, interface, inverters, robot programming, sensing device, including electronic / control software system and mechanical drive system will be an added advantages. 4. Familiar with various brands of robot system such as FANUC, KUKA, and STAUBLI would be an advantage. 5. Strong knowledge and skills of mechanical and electrical/ electronics repair techniques. 6. Analytical and good decision making in problem troubleshooting. Job Description: 1. Review, construct, and execute robot system maintenance including PM, PdM, and CBM activities. 2. Develop procedure and manual of robot operation and maintenance. 3. Provide effective and fast technical problem solving during machine breakdown and solve various technical problems on related but not limited to robotics and PLC system. 4. Ability to perform robot integration, upgrading / process improvement, and calibration (robot arm, actuator, and others mechanical parts to ensure precision and efficiency). 5. Strong knowledge on industrial automation systems and networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet)including the IR4.0 evolution in manufacturing and maintenances perspective. 6. Train maintenances and production personnel on basic, intermediate, and advance robot construction, operation, and troubleshooting/ maintenance. 7. Provide technical support to production & maintenance teams during operational hours to ensure the smoothness of operation. 8. Review technician skill and knowledge for further training on equipment operation and maintenance procedures. 9. Managing equipment expenses, spare parts, new equipment purchasing, installation, and commissioning and ensure the new equipment to meet customer / operation requirement
