  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide frontline support agents or customer service, who play a crucial role in the customer support process, as it serve as the first point of contact between the customers and the support team.
  • Support includes interacting with customers, understanding their problems, and creating tickets.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve recurring issues or system bugs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements
  • Document technical issues, solutions and best practices for future reference
  • Assist in meeting recording for project solution / functional design workshops or weekly meetings to manager
  • Ensure maximum availability and minimal disruption to business continuity in order to meet all agreed target, SLA,s and metrics.
  • Compile and follow up on the CR codes deployment work plan with the client BU/IT team. Finalize fixes/CR deployment plan for client Change Board review and approval.
  • Obtaining UAT sign-off, Go Live sign-off document from client BU/IT team for prod bugs and fixes deployed to production.
  • Assist in Disaster Recovery Planning Management.
  • Perform backup restore, user access matrix and involved in network activity
  • User ID management (creation with maker/checker, change branch and termination)

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1- 2 years of IT experience, especially as a business analyst.
  • We encourage fresh graduates to apply.
  • Good command of the English language. Ability to lead business requirement gathering discussions.
