Develop and implement process improvement projects to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. 2. Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction (process method, machine & equipment). 3. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including process redesign, equipment upgrades, and automation. 4. Analyze production data using statistical tools and techniques to identify trends and root causes of process issues. 5. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the most effective process improvements. 6. Develop and implement process controls to ensure consistency and quality of products. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and ensure effective implementation of process improvement strategies. 8. Develop, implement, and maintain documentation related to process improvement initiatives, including Standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials. 9. Train and educate employees on new processes and equipment. 10. Monitor and evaluate process performance to ensure ongoing improvement. 11. Work with suppliers and vendors to identify and implement new equipment and technology that can improve production processes. 12. Participate in new product development projects to ensure that new products are designed for optimal production efficiency and quality. 13. Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements. 14. Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement and share this knowledge with the team.
